I enjoy working at Artsmarketing because it gives me the chance to meet and work with an eclectic group of people who are totally dedicated to the arts community. The environment here is multi-cultural, and multi-ethnic and there is no glass ceiling.
I grew up in Montreal and spent my early years as an Anglophone integrating into the bilingual lifestyle of the Province of Quebec. I studied accounting at McGill University, spent time exploring the sights and sounds of the city, and ate in some great French cafes, bistros, and restaurants.
Human Resources is more than someone who takes your new hire paperwork or files the benefit forms. I am proud to say that my role at Artsmarketing affects all aspects of the organization. Our most important resource is our employees and I take great pride in supporting them.
When not at work I am an avid reader of all things financial and mystery novels. I also volunteer to teach senior citizens about computer literacy. On weekends I enjoy driving to farmer’s markets and along the way stop at second-hand bookstores.
