Oakland Zoo is a leader in elephant welfare.

California’s Oakland Zoo is home to over 700 native and exotic animals spread out across 100 acres, this nearly century-old zoo also features a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital and is recognized for their outstanding animal care, particularly their elephant care program. Oakland Zoo is an AMS success story because after initially halting dialing when the zoo closed its doors to the public, they decided to resume when we were able to demonstrate that we were continuing to successfully call for many of our clients with positive feedback from the public. Oakland Zoo has been very impressed with AMS’ ability to quickly transition to a work-from-home environment, and has expressed their appreciation for everything being done to maintain a revenue stream during a challenging time.
